Our girls, Sarah Grace especially, were really bummed out that we didn’t get to do St. Joe Serve today. Grace has been looking forward to it for months. Both girls have been sick and were still running fevers today, so obviously we weren’t going to get to help with our project of painting a house. Since we couldn’t do that, we decided we’d just do St. Joe Serve at home. I had Micah run to Wal-Mart after church to pick up some fleece material and the girls and I made a couple of tie-knot fleece blankets that we will take to our local Pregnancy Resource Clinic. We got dressed in our St. Joe Serve shirts and started our at-home project! We had a lot of fun, even though the girls didn’t feel 100%!

Aunt Kim found these cute outfits for the girls! They actually wore them two Sunday nights ago to Angel Choir.  I asked them to get dressed for Angel Choir and they sure did!  I figured they would do as usual and choose something from the “going somewhere dresser.”   Well, they wanted these new outfits apparently, so they pulled them down from their closet, off their hangers, tore the tags off themselves (thankfully they didn’t get the scissors!) and got dressed just like Mommy said!   They were anxious to wear them, I guess!  We wore them again this Sunday!  Thanks, Aunt Kim!!
