Here’s some pics I took in the past few weeks of the girls just hanging around the house! Kessed loves to put her hands in her pockets. She always likes jeans/shirts with pockets and is very disappointed when there are none!

This past Friday the girls and I spent the day at Gee Gee and Old Papa’s house since our cousin, Jackson was up for the day! The girls always love getting to go there (as do I!), especially for all of Gee Gee’s good cooking!
Since we’ve moved to St. Joe, we are now 30 minutes away from them and not just around the corner. We were very spoiled living in DeKalb with so much family just a few blocks from us. We don’t get to go to their house as much as we used to (we made daily trips there quite a bit, especially in the summer since Gee Gee always had an ice cream cone!) , so trips to Gee Gee and Old Papa’s house are always lots of fun! Here are some pictures of this past Friday.

Today was an exciting day for us! First of all, simply being able to go to church and worship is always exciting, but today was a special day. We got to participate in Baby Dedication for Kessed Noel! Our church got to witness our (and several other families) commitment to raising Kessed (and Grace) in a way that would bring glory to God. We pray that both of our girls would grow to be young ladies who love Jesus passionately! Kessed was presented with a Bible and a letter from the pastor (her Daddy!) that is to be given to her upon her decision to follow Christ explaining the commitment that was made early on to teaching her to love Him. The verses we pray will be Kessed’s and Grace’s hearts desire are Psalm 119:33-36 “Teach me your decrees, O Lord; I will keep them to the end. Give me understanding and I will obey your instructions; I will put them into practice with all my heart. Make me walk along the path of your commands, for that is where my happiness is found.” Here are some pictures from the Baby Dedication part of the service – thanks to Debi Frazier for taking the pictures for us!

We’re thinking maybe Grace is praying or something……….:) She didn’t do too well standing beside me.

Here’s some snapshots from this morning before we left the house – as always Grace loves to be in front of the camera and Kessed, well, she just wants to run away!
