Occasionally we called Kessed “Kess the Mess” because it’s so appropriate.  She really knows how to make a good mess.  I let them outside the other day after it had rained and ordered them to stay on the patio.  I was on the phone and when I looked outside this is what I found……….

After a quick hose-down and some oxy all is well and back to clean.  It was one of those times when I probably should have disciplined, but I got the camera instead!

The girls have been anxiously waiting to play softball with Papa Dan.  (I think Papa Dan’s been pretty anxious, too!!)  My daddy coached girls softball for several years when my sister and I were growing up and he’ll have the girls trained to be good little softball players real soon!  Sarah Grace has already done well with hitting the ball and when Kessed stepped up to the plate for the first time, she surprised us all!  She can really hit and has a great swing…….and much to her mommy’s and Papa’s pleasure – she bats a LEFTY!!  Here’s a few pics and a quick video of the girls playing ball with Papa.
